Agile and Change – ever more popular
Recent times have demonstrated how abruptly and routinely change can be thrust upon us, and how quickly change happens. For so many organizations, change is no longer occasional; it is constant and is part of everyone’s job.
Agile working practices and are increasingly at the heart of delivering change.
Getting change wrong can see organizations suffer a range of negative consequences at financial, reputational and/or operational levels.
It is vital, therefore, that those responsible for and involved in the planning, management and delivery of change are equipped with the knowledge, tools and frameworks to do so effectively.
Building Agile and Change skills and expertise
The Agile Change Agent course provides a practical way to scope, plan and manage change initiatives for you and your colleagues, with the emphasis on learning techniques that you can apply to the projects and change initiatives.
The course focuses on the application of agile planning techniques to create a roadmap that defines what outcomes – prioritized by the value that they deliver to the business – will be achieved and when these will be implemented.
Survey results
Here's a selection of key results from our recent survey of Agile Change Agent candidates:
- When asked if the learning experience has increased candidate’s confidence as an Agile/Change practitioner, over 92% said yes.
- Over 94% of respondents felt the learning experience has enabled them to better manage and/or contribute to projects and other change initiatives.
- When asked if individuals involved in project and/or change management should consider Agile Change Agent training & certification to boost their ability, 94% selected “Strongly Agree” or “Agree”.
- 9/10 respondents felt the learning experience equipped them with skills and knowledge that they could apply immediately.
