24/7 exams

Taking your exam is easy. Our online proctoring system enables you to take your exam anytime. If you prefer a paper test you can schedule an exam at a public centre or through one of our Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) who include the exam as part of the training course.

To find an ATO who delivers courses in your language and country simply select a certification and choose the level you would like to be certified for. There, you can discover an ATO which suits your needs.

If you are taking an exam online - our Technical Helpdesk is available to help 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

Exam options

At Home and Online

Take an online exam from the comfort of your own home or office with online proctoring.

You will need a computer with a webcam, microphone and high-speed internet connection. A wireless internet connection is not recommended as it may disrupt your exam. Candidates should be aware that if any part of the re-examination criteria is not performed correctly, the exam will automatically get a breach result.

Proctor U

  • It's just like having the proctor in the exam room with you but you don't need to travel.
  • A proctor will access your exam as you take it to monitor the exam environment through your computer's desktop, webcam and microphone.
  • Once you have booked an exam you will be given a registration email to schedule an appointment with your live proctor via our Candidate Portal.

When taking an online exam in an office environment you may need local administrator permissions on your computer and your office firewall may block necessary connections.

Proctor U includes a system check which we recommend you try before entering your exam.

Classroom or Public Centre

Take an exam as part of a training course or book a self-study exam to take one at one of our public exam centres.

Most Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) provide traditional classroom-based training. The exam is usually taken on paper either during or at the end of the training course.

Once APMG has marked your exam - your ATO will inform you of your results.

Some ATOs utilize our exclusive SelfScan® exam-marking system.

SelfScan allows your proctor to scan your exam answers as soon the exam session is over - giving you an instant preliminary result.

Choose a certification to find a training course delivered by one of our Accredited Training Organizations.

We also run public exam centres around the world, allowing you to self-study for a certification and then book the examination at one of our centres.

To take an exam at a public exam centre - click the Book an Exam button or contact your local APMG Office to see if there is a public exam centre near you.
