Change Ninja overview
Change Ninja is a neuroscience-based, people-focused change management approach designed to complement and support any existing methodology, framework, or process. Developed in collaboration with Professor Eddie Obeng, it offers practical, human-centred tools to help individuals and teams navigate change more effectively.
Training is delivered through a flexible online format—either via a virtual classroom or self-study using the Change Ninja Handbook. The programme consists of four two-hour modules, typically completed over four weeks.

This course is for anyone who recognizes that people win over process and successful change is all about adopting brain friendly, human centric approaches to change.
