The House of PMO and TSO have collaborated to launch a new edition of the "PMO Competency Framework”. This is one of the key source materials for the House of PMOs Essentials suite of certifications.
The PMO Competency Framework is a book all PMOs should read and have on hand to reference. It guides PMO professionals in assessing and developing competencies at the organisational, team, and personal levels within a PMO environment.
