Who is COBIT Bridge for?

Get the COBIT 2019 Foundation certificate when you pass the COBIT 2019 Bridge exam - The COBIT 2019 Bridge is for those who are already certified in COBIT 5 Foundation

The content of the Bridge training and study eliminates most of the elements you have studied already with COBIT 5. 

Training for the Bridge exam means that you only need to study the new elements of the latest COBIT structure.

 

What you need to begin

The COBIT 5 Foundation certificate (COBIT 5 Foundation) - issued by the accreditation bodies approved by ISACA;  (APMG or PeopleCert).

APMG recommends participating in training courses with one of the Certified Training Organizations (ATO).  Each ATO has been assessed against APMG's rigorous training standards - giving you the greatest chance of success in your exams.

Self-study

Alternatively, you can study alone by reading Chapters 1 through 10 of the COBIT 2019 Framework: Introduction and Methodology, available for free online via ISACA.

It is possible to earn PMI Education PDUs for attending third-party provider training (training courses not offered by a PMI Authorized Training Partner), as long as the training meets the requirements around the skill areas of the PMI Talent Triangle. Please check the PMI website (https://www.pmi.org/certifications/certification-resources/maintain/earn-pdus/education) for further details on how to record your PDUs and what supporting evidence is required.
