The new businessagility.works® Foundations certification – supported by an online training course – supports professionals, leaders and organizations in developing a consistent mindset, goal and approach to business agility.

Training and certification are underpinned by the businessagility.works® Framework, purpose-built to address both internal and external challenges and constraints faced by organizations when attempting to utilise business agility for competitive advantage.
The framework focuses on three key enablers for successful business agility: Customer Agility, Team Agility and Leadership Agility.
The new certification is designed to support organizations and professional on their Agile journeys, supporting the learning requirements of individuals and organizations who want to understand, adopt, and adapt good practices for increasing business agility.

At the Foundations level, participants will align their understanding on the history, evolution and value of business agility, their role as an Enabler, and how to implement the businessagility.works® framework.
An intermediate suite of courses, planned for release later in 2021, will focus on the ‘how-to’ execution of the Enabler-specific Agile Value Stream practices.
