200 Business Leaders gathered at a Digital Leaders event in Madrid
IEBS Business School held an event at Google Campus Madrid where more than 200 leading business professionals gathered, and where more than 600 people connected by streaming. The meeting is part of a series of initiatives of the Business School leader in Spain and Latin America, where it focuses on the new leadership and where it has presented the Business IT certification of Computerworld University.

The meeting was supported by IBM and Oracle, both companies participate in the Business IT certification in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Marlon Molina, director of Computerworld University moderated the discussion round table, where the experts emphasized the importance for current leaders of knowing the digital language, understanding the impact that new technologies have on business, and the possibilities to lead in the digital era.
Digital leaders of tomorrow
Pascual Parada, director of business development at IEBS Business School, explained the steps a leader in the digital age needs to take to master and not be dominated. The new economic, social and technological context requires new digital leaders capable of understanding and provoking the change that organizations need. We listened to visionary digital leaders and told, based on their experience and first hand, what digital technologies they use today and how. We also discover what is the profile that the digital leader should have and how the company of tomorrow should be.
