About the Presenters
- Jeremy Byrne is a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for Loughborough University and has worked at the University for over fifteen years across multiple teams within the IT Services department. Jeremy helped to create the BRM role within his organisation and has ensured its success, as it has grown to encompass all areas of the University. He is an active member of Business Relationship Management Institute and has served as a vice chair of the BRM Council among other roles. Jeremy is certified in ITIL and CBRM and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems, as well as a Master’s in Management and Leadership in Higher Education. Jeremy is also a registered BRM trainer and has delivered multiple BRMP and CBRM courses for delegates from around the globe through both public and private courses. Contact Jeremy Byrne
- Pez Kooner joined Rolls-Royce two years ago and is currently Senior IT Business Partner for Civil Aerospace Large Engine Programmes and Functions. During this time, Pez has taken on a variety of roles including Transformation Lead for Business Engagement within Rolls-Royce to support a new global IT operating model. Previously, Pez worked at Birmingham City University as IT Business Partner for several years, where he helped set-up and establish the BRM capability. Having established the UK Higher Education BRM Inatitute Community of Interest (CoI) group, he is currently serving as co-lead for the UK BRM Institute CoI. Pez holds BRMP, ITIL and Prince2 certifications as well as a degree in Marketing and Economics, along with an MBA.
