Mart's proudest achievement: An achievement I’m looking back it is organizing, along with 20 passionate volunteers, a decade long, the annual Arizona ITSM Summit. A one-day event visited by 250+ local ITSM enthusiasts. And sponsored, year-after-year, by 20+ loyal vendors, including Forrester Research and Gartner.

Although partly retired, Adrian is Head of Governance and Trustee of MyMelanoma, a new cancer research organisation. He is author of various works, notably the book Agile Beyond IT, adviser, coach, visiting lecturer and writer on organisational and project management agility.

Adrian is a 35 year project professional in 11 commercial industries and the public sector, in the UK and abroad.

Now a Fellow of the Association of Project Management, he has been an active member since the early ‘90s, especially in programme, portfolio and stakeholder management, governance, agility and a diversity champion.

Sachin has 20+ years of ERP transformation experience from the Client, Prime Integrator and Tier Supplier perspectives .  He is a member of the Association of Cost Engineers' (ACostE) Southwest Regional Board, Nuclear Institute's Digital SIG (DIGSIG), and Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Risk & Complexity SIG, Sizewell C Consortium member, and AI for Nuclear (AI4N) Working Group.

 He is also an expert in Project Management Methodologies, Tools, and Product Development Lifecycle(s): MAPM, MIRM, IVM and Six Sigma certified. Sachin is a skilled user of tools to support agile delivery management including being a (Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards, Waterfall, RPA, and Scrum) Deltek Partner, Oracle Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner, AXELOS P3M3 Consulting Partner (ACP).

Ian is also certified as an ITIL Master in 2023, which he is proud of.  Personally, Ian considers successfully raising twin daughters to be decent humans as a matter of pride. 

With over 18 years of experience, Ira specializes in building uniform Data Protection and Information Security, Compliance, and Risk programs from the ground up. This includes identifying the framework(s), compliance requirements, strategic plan for the company, incurred costs, ROI and implementation plan for the program. Ira started Gira Group that consolidates the experience along with the need in the market to connect the various compliance programs.

Ira's proudest achievement is transitioning from employment to start her own company dedicated to addressing a specific and important need to build the next generation workforce.
