Nick Dobson profile photo

Nick Dobson

Principal Consultant, CITI Limited

Consulting with and educating senior project, programme and portfolio managers and their sponsors has been at the heart of Nick’s role over the last twenty-five years.  Assisting multi-national corporations with the design and implementation of programme portfolios has been an integral part of this.  Latterly an interest in improving on Moscow prioritisation, as a way of modelling corporate portfolios, has led to work on The Efficient Frontier as a mechanism to determine the ‘optimum’ portfolio.

The ambiguous use of the word portfolio, with respect to change delivery, is one of the areas that Nick is keen to explore further.

Professionally, Nick's proudest moments have been those points of client recognition; that a disaster has been averted and a programme or project is set to safely achieve its benefits.
