How to Schedule Your Public Exam?

Candidates who have self-studied in preparation for their exam have the option to sit online exams in India, Central Asia and Middle East using the remote ProctorU facility. This system allows a live proctor access to your exam as you take it so they can monitor the exam environment through your computer's webcam and microphone.

It's just like having the proctor in the exam room with you but you don't need to travel. Remote Proctor U must be booked in advance so that we can schedule the live proctor.

You will need to register and pay for the exam in order to be able to schedule the exam date and session. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from paying for the exam before you are able to schedule the exam session.

Please note that payment must be made at the time of booking, you will be provided with an acknowledgement of payment and an official receipt will follow after the exam has been completed.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer, cheque or demand draft. The exam will be scheduled after payment has been credited to our account.

For candidates who wish to sit a paper based exam, these can be organised at an external venue or the APMG India office. Please note that additional venue charges will be applicable.

For Proctor U exams - once the exam is finished, it will be scored automatically. We will provide formal confirmation of your results within 5 days of the completion of your examination.

For Paper based exams – We will provide formal confirmation of your results within 7-10 days of the completion of your examination.

Assuming you have passed, you will be sent an ecertificate.

Please note that the ITIL Intermediate and Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) exams can only be taken by candidates who have received training from a training organization accredited by an ITIL Examination Institute. Any candidates that have not received accredited training will not be entitled to sit the Intermediate or MALC examinations. APMG has the right to invalidate the exam results without prior notice if the candidate has been found to receive unaccredited training.
