Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. She is regularly invited to deliver keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India. Her personal BRM story titled 'Walk Fast, Walk Far' has been described as "the most impactful presentation" at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney.

In her spare time she writes about food, culture and relationships. Malini facilitates APMG accredited Business Relationship Management certification courses through ITSM Hub.

Agnieszka Bochacka

Technology Strategy & Transformation

Agnieszka guides global organizations through transformation, leveraging a decade of experience at firms like Maspex, Deloitte, PWC. A collaborator with MIT SLR, leader of Singularity Cracow Chapter, PMI Transformation Team, and creator of innovative programs for ICAN, IBM, ProBusinessDesign. As the pioneer of Poland's first Digital Transformation Manager program and a mentor at MIT EF CEE, she nurtures growth and change.

Rafal Czarny

Director of Innovation and Development, Inprogress Design Lab

Rafał is the Director of Innovation and Development at Inprogress Design Lab. Since 2009, he has been designing processes, products and services. He is the lead author of DTMethod - a methodology that helps to apply Design Thinking in an organization.

He is an accredited Change Management, DTMethod and Facilitation trainer. As part of Rafał's professional activity, he supports organizations in introducing changes using facilitation and Design Thinking.

Proudest Achievement?

It is definitely a DTMethod methodology creation and development. Its creation required a very extensive scientific research, long hours of design and testing with different groups of people. But the effort paid off: now people around the world can get to know DTMethod and get internationally recognized certification.

Ian Clark

He is a human and outcome focussed person. Ian hols certifications in ITIL® Master, AgilePM®,BA®,DS®, COBIT® & IT Governance Assessor and Implementation Expert,APMG/CMI® and Change Management. He is also a coach, mentor, advisor and industry recognised speaker.

From a professional perspective Ian's proudest achievement includes opening and running Fox ITSM SA (11th Year in Business) and still going strong. Ian is also certified as an ITIL Master in 2023, which he is proud of.  Personally, Ian considers successfully raising twin daughters to be decent humans as a matter of pride. 

Sabina Bieniecka

Business Development Manager for Central and Eastern Europe in APMG International

Ph.D. in Social Sciences. Global Ambassador for Singularity University and a Board Member of the Singularity University Cracow Chapter. Previously director managing international research projects and market research projects in market research companies (IQS and Quant Group and ASM Research Solutions Strategy). Co-author of the book “Empowerment in social policy” and author of several scientific publications.

Michał Prorok

Business Consultant, Interim Manager and DTM Ambassador at Prophecy Consulting

An experienced IT industry manager with a background in linguistics and culture, Michał brings a unique perspective to his roles. With 9 years of management experience across various positions, including Project, Portfolio, Account, Line, and Resource Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Owner, he approaches challenges from multiple angles. Michał emphasizes clear communication, trust, and creating ease for those around him. As a neurodivergent individual, Michał is a dedicated advocate for diversity, inclusion, and individualization, ensuring successful outcomes while creating a comfortable environment for all involved.

Currently a Delivery Manager at Xebia, Michał also serves as a coach, mentor, speaker, and interim manager. Over the past 6 years, he has been an active member and volunteer with PMI Poland Chapter, holding leadership roles such as Managing Director of the Wrocław Branch, VP of Events, and VP of IT. He is the creator of the Management360 conference in Wrocław and PMIthon, a hackathon-style event that has gained international recognition.

Rodrigo Neves

Director at RBN Consultoria e Treinamento

Rodrigo is a distinguished professor, consultant, speaker, and writer, he is a specialist and enthusiast in predictive, agile, and hybrid Project Management, Portfolio and PMO, Business Analysis, and ESG. With a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management Systems in Projects, he has been an MBA teacher since 2002, working with institutions such as FGV, IBMEC, FDC, ESIC (Spain), and SKEMA (France). Additionally, he serves as the Scientific Director of SKEMA's MSc in Project Management program in Brazil.

Rodrigo is the Director of RBN Training and Consulting and the National Director of Green Project Management for Brazil. His roles also include being the technical and commercial representative in Brazil for Watermark Learning (USA) and affiliated with Exin (Netherlands), PeopleCert (UK), and APMG (UK). He is also the BRMI Community Leader in Brazil.

Rodrigo holds numerous professional certifications, including DTMethod Foundation by InProgress/APMG (2024), GPM-b (Green Project Manager) by GPM Global (2024), FHM (Fleks Hybrid Manager) by Fleks Hybrid Model (2020), PMO-CP (Certified Professional) by PMO Global Alliance (2018), and Exin/BCS certifications in Business Analysis Fundamentals (2018) and Artificial Intelligence Foundation (2020). He has also earned PMI-PBA (2016), PMP (2002), MOUS in MS Project by Microsoft, and Orange Belt in MS Project (2002), where he was the first certified in Brazil.
