12. Focus on Service Led PPPs

Level Up your Public-Private Partnerships

Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) could be the dream solution but how do you go about mitigating risks and delivering maximum value for citizens?  In the second of our PPP events we bring together experts from around the world to discuss and share hints and tips.

First half of the show is general Q&A on anything PPP related. In the second half of the show we will focus on how the model is best adapted for service led PPPs, what are the unique challenges associated and is this a way to inject innovation?

Real questions answered in real time

Join the panel on this show and ask all the questions you have relating to PPPs and get help with thinking through the merits of service-led PPP projects.

Example questions could include:

  • What is involved in bidding and winning PPP contracts?
  • How can I reframe my experience within this context?
  • What should the baseline qualifications be?
  • How do I build my personal network?
  • Where can I get more help

Register now to submit your questions and take part. You will also be able to upvote questions submitted; the more votes a question has, the more time the panel will spend discussing.

APMG use SLIDO.com as our question platform. You can add your questions, and vote on others. The most popular questions are prioritised and get a little more time.  You can add your questions now and even during the show. It’s great fun and easy to do.

Focus on Service Led PPPs

Our focus topic today is all about PPPs that are service led, rather than infrastructure.  Richard Foster will share his thoughts including how the delivery of service led PPPs differ, conceptually and contractually? How is value measured for citizens and are Government services better delivered outside a PPP framework?
