Your Questions on Organisational Agility Answered !

Level Up your Organisational Agility - Focus on overcoming Barriers

EPISODE 5

Becoming more Agile as an organisation is a constant theme that we are hearing from people around the World. For some it is all about reducing time to market, for others being able to pivot in the time of the Pandemic. Whatever the drivers are behind the scenes, how do you learn from the experience of others and avoid hitting road blocks along the way?

This week we’re thinking about how to improve your Organisational Agility, break down silos and link up talent from across your organisation and beyond into your wider eco-system. In the first half you can ask the panel any questions on this general theme, in the second half we will be looking more closely at ‘overcoming barriers’.

Real questions answered in real time

Join the panel on this show and ask all the questions you have relating to Organisational Agility and get help in figuring out how best to overcome barriers to agility.

Example questions could include:

  • What is the panel’s best example of becoming more agile?
  • How can I make sure we are learning from others?
  • What are the panel’s favourite techniques and why?
  • What training would the panel recommend I take?
  • I’m interested in learning more about Agile Project Management, how do I go about it?

Register now to submit your questions and take part. You will also be able to upvote questions submitted; the more votes a question has, the more time the panel will spend discussing.
