For some it is all about reducing time to market, for others being able to pivot in the time of the Pandemic. Whatever the drivers are behind the scenes, how do you learn from the experience of others and avoid hitting road blocks along the way?
This week we’re thinking about how to improve your Organisational Agility, break down silos and link up talent from across your organisation and beyond into your wider eco-system.
