Baziel is the Founder of Radishweed Consulting, focused on sustainable business and digital transformation. Prior to founding his consultancy business, Baziel was an IT executive for a large South African retailer, with leadership responsibilities over twenty years including leadership of the Business Relationship Management team, heading up merchandise, manufacturing and logistics systems, as well as service management and end user computing systems.

Baziel completed an executive MBA at the University of Cape Town with distinction, featuring a dissertation on Leadership-as-Practice and organizational power dynamics.
