With over two decades of experience spanning both technical and non-technical domains across public and private sectors, she has held senior executive positions, including National Head of Consulting Services. Louisa has successfully established Project Management Offices and implemented Agile frameworks for several prominent international organisations. Recognised as a thought leader in her field, she is a sought-after speaker and regularly presents at professional industry forums and academic institutions. 

Ket Patel

Founder, Change Agitators Ltd

Ket Patel is the founder of Change Agitators and is a Change Management Institute Accredited Master Change Practitioner with over 20 years' experience working with small to medium size organisations as they look to scale, grow and modernise their businesses. Change Agitators is an organisational change consultancy dedicated to helping organisations develop a culture of adaptability by blending Change Management and Coaching expertise to arm leaders and managers with the tools and mindset to navigate the uncertainty that can surround a broad and complex portfolio of change.

Ket is also a passionate volunteer within the field of Change Management. After leading the UK Change Management Institute (ChgMI) for several years, he has since gone on to establish and lead the ChgMI's UK Collaborations teams for the institute working closely with academic institutions and professional bodies to broaden the understanding of Change Managements. Ket also operates a not for profit, Change Reactions, to support new entrants to the field of organisational change to help encourage the next generation consider career paths in the field and reduce some of the complexity that exists in navigating it. 

Tammy Watchorn

Chief at The Change Ninja Ltd

Tammy is an experienced change management practitioner and bestselling author, known for her creative and human-centred approach to transformation. She is the author of The Change Ninja Handbook—a Business Book Awards finalist—praised for its interactive, “choose your own adventure” style that brings the complexities of change to life in an engaging and practical way.

Her follow-up book, The Change Ninja Returns, dives deeper into the emotional reality of navigating big, unwanted, and often overwhelming change—offering tools and insights for moving forward when it feels impossible.

Tammy also runs The 4-Day Ninja Challenge, a neuroscience-informed programme designed to help leaders and teams embrace change with confidence, clarity, and compassion. Through immersive, hands-on training, she equips professionals to lead transformation in ways that stick—turning resistance into readiness.

Dr Brin Hodgskiss

Founder and Storytelling Strategist at Killer Stories

Training originally in psychology, Dr Brin Hodgskiss’s career started interviewing serial murderers. He then spent the next 15 years supporting police investigations, then moving into operational management, and large-scale transformation. He joined the National Health Service in 2017. It’s there he realised that, faced with the pressures the public services were under, he had to change from managing the process, or even managing the people. We need to manage meaning.

Brin is now a transformational story strategist, with the aim to bring together true crime, psychology, self-improvement, and good management to help people and organisations cope better with change.

In 2024, Brin co-authored Killer Stories: conversations with South African serial murderers; and launched Killer Stories training.
