Etienne has nearly 30 years of experience in IT Service Management, and for the last decade has focused on strategic alignment between business and IT through Digital Transformation and Governance implementation projects. 

Etienne's proudest achievement is pivoting Symphonise Consulting to become an ATO, in the turbulence of 2020, after providing training and consulting services to partner ATOs for many years.

Shanice Mitchell-Cox

Customer Insight Manager, APMG International

South Wales, UK

Customer Insight Analyst with a demonstrated history of working within Complaints and Customer service. Experience within the educational, automotive and healthcare industries. Strong operations professional with analytical skills. Shanice is currently studying a bachelor’s degree focused on business, management, marketing, accounting and related support services from The Open University.

Marion Bell

Management Consultant, BlueVisions, Institute of Management

Marion's current role involves consultancy programmes and projects for BlueVisions and the Institute of Management. Typical change initiatives include Project Management Frameworks, Capability Frameworks and Vocational Education-type projects and programmes, along with all the Change Management activities to ensure the successful implementation and outcomes of each of the projects and programmes are achieved.

Many of Marion's projects include upskilling for clients and employees and they do this through the delivery of several International Certifications like AgilePM, Change Management and Marion's new favourite project topic – Praxis, as well as local Australian qualifications in the project and programme management space.

Attention to customer service and student experience, using innovative and modern techniques, provides superior results!

Marion's proudest achievement?

  • Inheriting a class of Diploma of Project Management students that two trainers had given-up on as they said the students were too disruptive. I was able to get these students to settle in to their studies with twenty-six out of twenty-nine students recieving their qualifications.

Dianne Rampadarath

Assistant Director, Public Service of The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

As an Assistant Director, Dianne is responsible for the implementation of the agricultural Development Programme, which includes the preparation of Draft Estimates of Expenditure, Achievement Reports, Implementation Schedules, Briefs, Comments, Cabinet Notes and Requests for Funds. Dianne is the Ministry’s Technical Assistance and the Food and Agriculture Organisation’s Focal Point. Some of Dianne's previous portfolios included, Statistician I, Economist I, Tariff Analyst and Senior Planning Officer. Dianne served on the National Council for Sustainable Development, Project Advisory Committee for Multilateral Environmental Agreements and participated in a training programme in India: International Programme in Financing Inclusive Agriculture and Rural Development.

Dianne has gained many awards and scholarships, which are listed below: 

  • An award from the Rotary Club in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, for the best Advanced Level examination results (Secondary level education)
  • Dianne was awarded a Scholarship whilst studying for her Masters Degree in Economics, to conduct research in the field of Regulatory Economics, for her Thesis.
  • Dianne was awarded a Scholarship by the Government of the Republic of India, to study for a PhD in Economics.
  • Dianne was awarded Scholarship by the Government of the Republic of Chile, to participate in the Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation based on International Cooperation.
  • Under the Singapore Cooperation Programme’s Training Award, Dianne participated in a training programme titled: Public Private Partnerships: Infrastructure Projects Development

Dianne's proudest achievement giver her passion sustainable rural development is preparing a Rural Electrification Policy and Project Proposal recommending the extension of the electricity Grid and the utilisation of Solar Powered Panels, to provide electrification, for rural communities. Further to this achievement, Dianne is proud to have language skills in Spanish, French and German.
