He is a subject expert adviser in operational governance, strategy execution (change/portfolio management), business and IT alignment, operating models including programme/project management, PMO/EPO, financial management and SDLC/SAFe/Agile and cost reduction.

Holger has delivered successfully global transformation programmes in complex multinational organisations. He provides Thought Leadership for corporate portfolio management, e.g. his own capability maturity assessment model.

In addition Holger brings his experience to life through training and workshops focusing on Portfolio Management Lifecycle and Prioritisation.

Farah HEBA

Digital Project manager & Agile change lead (Freelance)

Farah is a Digital Project Manager & Agile change lead with 10 years of experience. She developed strong skills in project & product management, communication and teams empowerment in complex, fast-paced and multicultural environments. Knowledge sharing and training is Farah's passion. 

Since 2015, Farah has provided trainings in Project Management (Waterfall / Agile), I&T Governance and Design Thinking in France, Canada and Switzerland for people coming from different sectors: bank & insurance companies, NGOs, energy, consulting and IT companies, public services, railways, aviation, telecoms

Farah's proudest accomplishment is being confident enough to create her own company specialized in consulting and training (Project management, I&T Governance and Design Thinking) for young and senior professionals, along with being able to expand it to the North African region. 

David McCreery

Consultant, Althris

David is highly engaged in projects as a practitioner, coach and mentor to project managers and project sponsors. His practical and controlled approach in difficult project situations has helped many project managers work through key project bottlenecks.

David's project experience has been built up over 30 years across a wide range of sectors including Finance, the public sector, utilities and healthcare. David has managed projects across EMEA and has an in-depth experience dealing with business change projects. High profile and highly time sensitive projects have been a focus of his career and he is acutely aware of the need for project manager to be expertly controlled communicators.

Proudest Achievements?

  • David is very proud of the feedback that he gets from training and particularly proud from L&D team in Dublin City University that said it was the best training ever.
  • David has also started to relearn Artificial Intelligence and machine learning after a 30-year absence, including completion of a scholarship program in it.

Malini Jayaganesh

Strategic Advisor & Coach - ITSM Hub; Director Emeritus - Business Relationship Management Institute

Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. She is regularly invited to deliver keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India. Her personal BRM story titled 'Walk Fast, Walk Far' has been described as "the most impactful presentation" at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney. In her spare time she writes about food, culture and relationships.

Malini facilitates APMG accredited Business Relationship Management certification courses through ITSM Hub.
