His focus has resulted in partnering with the Agile Business Consortium, helping to develop the Business Agility Toolkit.  The toolkit offers solutions for Cultural, Collaboration and Leadership assessments. When you can understand these areas, you start to have the capability to create high performing teams.

Rod's proudest business achievement is co-creating with APMG a dialogue-based assessment methodology that is developmental by its very design, supporting the ongoing development of the facilitator’s capability by integrating reflective practice. 

This approach to helping others has led Rod to support the MBA programme at Cranfield School of Management as an Action Learning Facilitator.

Ron has over 4 decades of consulting experience in the areas of Change and Transformation. He has now hung up his “consulting boots” in favour of providing online training and trusted advice on all matters related to change and transformation.

A regular contributor on LinkedIn, Ron shares his experience in how best to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to make a real difference to your team and organisation.

In 2012, Ron was honoured to receive the Leader of Tomorrow Award from the World HRD Congress.

Ranjit Sidhu

Lead Trainer and Consultant, ChangeQuest Ltd

Ranjit is a chartered management consultant and trainer with extensive experience spanning Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She works with clients providing practical support and guidance to help them successfully deliver projects and change initiatives. 

With over 20 years of practical experience in project and change management, and as an accredited trainer in change management, project management, facilitation skills and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), she is well placed to train and advise on these best practice approaches as well as the communication and people aspects of managing business transformation.

More recently, Ranjit’s achievements include gaining Chartered status as a Management Consultant and becoming an Assessor for this award. This year she also started lecturing and is  Unit Leader for the change module of the Masters programme in Internal Communication with Solent University. 

Ranjit is one of four experts who edited The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, and she authored Chapter 5, entitled ‘Communication and engagement’. She was also a part of the team that developed the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

She is a contributing author for the Gower Handbook of People in Project Management and she wrote Titanic Lessons in Project Leadership – effective communication and teambuilding.

Ranjit is rightly proud of many business achievements, like setting up and running ChangeQuest, an accredited training and consultancy company which has continued to adapt and thrive through disruptive times. Most of all she is proud of facing challenges in my life head-on and continuing to learn and grow.

Tina Hesse

Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Support Service Manager, Mind Jersey

Tina makes an enormous difference to young lives. She manages a team that supports the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and families in Jersey. The team delivers 1-1 therapeutic support, targeted group support, psycho education and training in order to raise awareness and reduce stigma of mental health and wellbeing needs.

Her work draws upon her experience in consulting and working for local government, schools, colleges, within the voluntary and private sector to drive a wellbeing agenda. She believes passionately in enabling empowerment, emotional literacy, and the promotion of self care and good mental health and wellbeing to enable flourishing.

Tina was awarded the Leaders in Wellbeing Award 2019, and will be appearing in 'The Kindness Advantage for Leadership' to be published in early 2022.

Her proudest work achievement was a project with the local construction industry and FE college to create a mental health and wellbeing module to be delivered within the heath and safety unit for all construction students in order to improve the mental health support in the industry.
