After 20+ spent in many roles in the Information Technology industry Luca decided to start his own company, named E-quality Italia, whose purpose is to have a positive impact on Italian organisations by training and coaching their leaders. Luca works as a trainer and coach himself; he is the only Italian coach for the Getting Things Done® methodology, and is one of the few accredited trainers in Italy for BRMP® and CBRM® qualifications. Luca's proudest achievement is the reputation of his small company, both in Italy and abroad.

Ahmad is a digital transformation executive with diversified experience covering the full spectrum of the technology space. He has been in service leadership, managerial, technology pre-sales, and consulting. Coaching executives across the world, Darrel is a respected thought leader in his field, with a passion for leadership and business relationship management (BRM). He has been involved with BRM training and implementation for many organizations and has spoken at a number of CIO conferences on the topic. His extensive experience in technology and business make him a valuable asset to any organization.

As an IT Business Relationship Manager at SCI, Jyoti maintains strong partnerships with stakeholders and business partners, and makes sure that high-quality IT services and products are delivered in an efficient manner throughout the Retail and Call Centre domains. She firmly advocates the significance of human (interpersonal) skills in advancing organizational relationships.
