Mart works for INTERPROM, a coaching, consulting, training and education firm. Examples of areas he has specialized in are business relationship management, service management, information security management, and project and change management. Mart's proudest achievement: An achievement I’m looking back it is organizing, along with 20 passionate volunteers, a decade long, the annual Arizona ITSM Summit. A one-day event visited by 250+ local ITSM enthusiasts. And sponsored, year-after-year, by 20+ loyal vendors, including Forrester Research and Gartner.

After 20+ spent in many roles in the Information Technology industry Luca decided to start his own company, named E-quality Italia, whose purpose is to have a positive impact on Italian organisations by training and coaching their leaders. Luca works as a trainer and coach himself; he is the only Italian coach for the Getting Things Done® methodology, and is one of the few accredited trainers in Italy for BRMP® and CBRM® qualifications. Luca's proudest achievement is the reputation of his small company, both in Italy and abroad.

Svetlana Sidenko is an accomplished leader in Business Relationship Management (BRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with over two decades of experience in business and IT transformation. As a ten-year partner of the BRM Institute, she has excelled as a BRM coach and practice leader and is recognized as a BRM Institute Master Knowledge Provider.

Her expertise was acknowledged when she was named "BRM of the Year 2024." As a Vice -President, at IT Chapter, Svetlana has pioneered and advanced BRM principles in her role as a mentor, where she has trained and coached a new generation of BRM and ITSM professionals for the past 15 years. Svetlana is a MSc in Administration, PhD (c) in Computer Science , Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM), and holds other industry certifications such as ITIL MP & SL, CGEIT, PMP, and others.

Mark is a BRM at Purdue University in The College of Agriculture.  His business partners are faculty.  Mark spent my career in IT services but became a BRM 6 years ago when he joined Purdue University.  Mark has certifications in BRMP, CBRM and ITIL 4 Foundations.  He has recently completed the BRM Institute requirements for Master BRM.  Mark has fostered strategic partnerships, collaboration, and innovation by leveraging and optimizing existing and emerging technologies, to empower faculty research, teaching, and engagement.

His family that are educated, successful professionals living their lives and have found someone special to them.  They still enjoy being together and speak fondly of the family traditions and experiences of their youth.

Sian has been working for APMG almost 1.5 years.  She is still learning new things all the time and really enjoy self-development and exposure to new challenges.

Sian started her career in Customer Services, and soon found her passion in Project Management. She has a passion for helping people and problem solving. Sian started in projects 5 years ago . In every experience she has learnt more and more about how to better manage projects, through better organisational skills, problem solving, exposure to new software and tools, and how to productively interact with and support others.

Sians proudest achievement:

Sian proudest achievement includes the implementation of standardised documentation, project processes and providing business & supplier support in her last role, where there had not previously been any project department. This included taking over the management of projects based at the Empress State Building and Thames Barrier.
