Focus on Project and Change Management Interview Questions

Level Up your Project and Change Management

Project and Change Management techniques shape the working lives and fortunes of so many individuals, teams and organisations. In this episode we’re going to be exploring the range of challenges that face people who lead engagements, projects and change initiatives, and how best to overcome them.

If you are thinking about becoming a project or change management professional, or looking to expand your team, this is the show for you.  You get to put your questions directly to the panel, hearing from them their experience and the lessons they have learned in their careers.

Submit your questions and vote on others

Join us on this show and in the first half, we have general Q&A so you can ask anything relating to Project and Change Management.

In the second half our focus topic is about interviewing and being interviewed for a Project or Change Manager position.

Example questions could include:

  • How did the panel break into Project Management?
  • Where did you learn about Change Management?
  • What is the panel’s trickiest project and why?
  • Which qualifications should I consider?
  • What advice would the panel give me to prepare for an interview?

APMG use SLIDO.com as our question platform. You can add your questions, and vote on others. The most popular questions are prioritised and get a little more time.  You can add your questions now and even during the show. It’s great fun and easy to do.
