Farah HEBA

Digital Project manager & Agile change lead (Freelance)

Farah is a Digital Project Manager & Agile change lead with 10 years of experience. She developed strong skills in project & product management, communication and teams empowerment in complex, fast-paced and multicultural environments. Knowledge sharing and training is Farah's passion. 

Since 2015, Farah has provided trainings in Project Management (Waterfall / Agile), I&T Governance and Design Thinking in France, Canada and Switzerland for people coming from different sectors: bank & insurance companies, NGOs, energy, consulting and IT companies, public services, railways, aviation, telecoms

Farah's proudest accomplishment is being confident enough to create her own company specialized in consulting and training (Project management, I&T Governance and Design Thinking) for young and senior professionals, along with being able to expand it to the North African region. 

Tomasz Manugiewicz

General Manager of Grand Parade Poland.

 

Tomasz Manugiewicz is the General Manager of Grand Parade Poland. An engineer at heart. A speaker by passion. He has delivered speeches at the largest European IT conferences, also as a keynote speaker. He has had presentations for brands such as Devoxx Belgium, Devoxx Poland, Agile Tour London, Agile Central Europe, DevDays Europe, and many more.

He has been in the IT sector since 2006 . Tomasz worked as an Engineering Manager and, at the beginning of his path, when he was a Java developer Engineer, he helped to create the first Polish online banking systems. He also worked for international global corporations, including in the banking and ICT telecom sectors.

Tomasz is an Agile enthusiast and coach - conducted his first Agile Transformation in 2009. He is a co-author of the leadership book "The LiGHT BOOK2 - Leaders' insights for leaders based on true stories". At the AGH University of Technology, he is a lecturer, supporting young engineers on their way to the world of IT.

Besides that, I am proud that I had a chance to speak to 2500 + software engineers during Devoxx Poland conference.

Adrian Pyne

Director of Consulting, Pyne Consulting Limited

Although partly retired, Adrian is Head of Governance and Trustee of MyMelanoma, a new cancer research organisation. He is author of various works, notably the book Agile Beyond IT, adviser, coach, visiting lecturer and writer on organisational and project management agility.

Adrian is a 35 year project professional in 11 commercial industries and the public sector, in the UK and abroad.

Now a Fellow of the Association of Project Management, he has been an active member since the early ‘90s, especially in programme, portfolio and stakeholder management, governance, agility and a diversity champion.

  • Co-author of the Gower Handbook of programme management management (1st Edition)

Adrian's proudest achievement is publishing Agile Beyond IT which brings together over a decade of research, 35 years of experience and learning by himself and others into the adaptation of agility to the project profession as a whole.

Orlando Heijmerink

Trainer and Change Guide, Lagant

Orlando is a trainer and change guide at Lagant. Orlando was previously a Project Manager at Parnassia Group, Director of Projects and Implementation at ABN AMRO bank. He is passionate about helping teams and organisations with change to create more effectiveness, results, and fun.

Orlando's team had a long history of distrust, not listening to each other and little psychological safety. He helped them to create a sparkle of trust, motivation, and energy among a team of leaders of a Police Department in order to get on the same page and grow together collaboratively in the future.

Mark Kouwenhoven

Trainer/consultant

Mark has broad experience in PPP and Risk Management, as a Manager/Consultant and as Management Trainer/Coach. Mark is very pragmatic and will always put the best practice and theoretical models to practice, so that the common sense behind the methodology will be clear.

Mark is an experienced practitioner and accredited trainer in several Best Practices PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Agile PM, IPMA (D and C level), M_o_R,  MoP, P3O, MoV, MSP and Change Management, Facilitation, PRAXIS, Managing Benefits and Stakeholder Engagement. He is an experienced facilitator and developer of Business Simulation, (online) training materials for PPPM.

Mark is an entrepreneur, freelance trainer, and coach.

Marks proudest achievement is being a PM and creating and experiencing flow in a Project with the project team. We did so much work together and got even more energy out of it.
