Eileen J Roden

Co-Founder of the House of PMO and Co-Author of the PMO Competency Framework

Eileen is an accomplished PMO professional, consultant, co-founder of the House of PMO and Consulting Director at PMO Learning. She brings her experience as a practitioner and trainer to everything she does.

Eileen is a Fellow of Association for Project Management, Member of Institute of Directors, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Project Management Institute, and regularly speaks at conferences throughout the UK and Europe.

Her proudest professional achievement is launching the House of PMO as a new home for all PMO Professionals.

Holger Heuss

Senior Manager KPMG, Technology Strategy and Enterprise Agility

Holger has over 20 years of experience advising and managing Business and IT organisations, direct management of teams with over 30 resources, change implementations with over 23,000 affected end users, and multi-million £ programmes across multiple sectors, mainly in financial services.

He is a subject expert adviser in operational governance, strategy execution (change/portfolio management), business and IT alignment, operating models including programme/project management, PMO/EPO, financial management and SDLC/SAFe/Agile and cost reduction.

Holger has delivered successfully global transformation programmes in complex multinational organisations. He provides Thought Leadership for corporate portfolio management, e.g. his own capability maturity assessment model.

In addition Holger brings his experience to life through training and workshops focusing on Portfolio Management Lifecycle and Prioritisation.

Adrian Pyne

Director of Consulting, Pyne Consulting Limited

Although partly retired, Adrian is Head of Governance and Trustee of MyMelanoma, a new cancer research organisation. He is author of various works, notably the book Agile Beyond IT, adviser, coach, visiting lecturer and writer on organisational and project management agility.

Adrian is a 35 year project professional in 11 commercial industries and the public sector, in the UK and abroad.

Now a Fellow of the Association of Project Management, he has been an active member since the early ‘90s, especially in programme, portfolio and stakeholder management, governance, agility and a diversity champion.

Josyph Hernandez

Managing Director, Project Performance People

Josyph is a portfolio, programme and project management professional with 20 years ICT experience across the public and private sector, working with Australian federal government agencies and leading global organisations. As a programme and PMO manager he has delivered transition and transformation projects and programmes, set up P3O offices (Project, Program and Portfolio Offices), developed business cases, implemented best practice frameworks for ICT investment, managed high performing contractor teams, outlined strategy and governance arrangements. He brings a balanced approach to project management using logical and pragmatic approaches to engage people and deliver business outcomes for clients.
