Agile Change Management is changing! We are now called Capability for Change! Why? To better reflect what we do, which is to build your skills and confidence for work which is impacted by constant change. We go further than learning new information, we ensure you are able to do the things you learn on the course, not just know about them. The feedback from all our courses celebrates how empowering it feels to leave a course able to do new things, with people excited to get back to work and start using these new approaches.
We specialise in practical techniques, and all the courses we train are based on the theories and models that ensure a best practice approach. We will give you simple, intuitive ways to describe and explain the changes you are making, break your changes into component parts to identify what needs to change and what is staying the same and learn to create plans that deliver iterative, incremental change. We help you understand why these techniques work, by learning how the brain reacts to change, and how we can help our brains want to change. We have used our understanding of neuroscience to develop a programme of techniques that coach you and help you coach others from initial change idea to successful adoption of new ways of working.
When you have finished your course, we will continue to support you. We have an online companion full of videos explaining new techniques for change, with templates, checklists, examples and guidance notes. We have a range of master classes full of practical help for the most common challenges we face in change.
We hold live online coaching sessions every 2 weeks on a Friday, so you can drop in with your questions and discuss directly with your trainer. These are joyful sessions, they help create new ideas and solutions, they provide reassurance that you are not alone and they enable you to build your network of like-minded professionals.
Finally, anyone taking a course with Capability for Change becomes a member of the Change Capability Community which meets online every month for a debate on popular topics for project and change management, and you are invited to participate in the annual global Change Capability survey.

I balance my role as a trainer with my consulting work for organisations around the world, overseeing agile and digital transformations and building the internal capability for change.
This means that I have real experience of the things that I train, and can bring examples of their practical application to my courses.

During your course you will work with others to use the checklists, questionnaires, templates and other techniques so that you gain experience in how to manage change for yourself.
