Louisa Leung is a Managing Partner at Lifting Lanterns where she is a coach, mentor, consultant, expert, trainer and speaker in the Project Delivery space. She has previously been in roles like the National Head of Consulting Services and has successfully set up multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs) and implemented Agile frameworks for the likes of PwC, NBNCo, Sydney Water and Dimension Data. She has spent many years in senior managerial roles rolling out organisational change with valuable experience from both technical and non-technical aspects of IT in a variety of private and public sector organisations. She is a recognised guest speaker at forums such as PMI, IIBA, itSMF, meetups and many universities.

What’s your proudest achievement?

Being able to run a business whilst still being a proud mother of two little boys! Able to practice what I preach by applying Agile, Change, Project Management and Facilitation to my daily life.

Tom Kruse is an aspiring grateful leader who believes in the power of trusting and authentic relationships. Having traveled to over 25 countries, he has witnessed how every single one of us is connected by the same basic human needs. Sian is a professional services consultant focusing on managing change in government environments. She has a passion for problem solving and is adept at working within complex and unstructured project settings and has a demonstrated track record in achieving in ambiguous environments. Sian is an astute communicator and applies the concepts of human centred design in an accessible and pragmatic way.

A recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Sian also holds an MBA and a Master of Human Resource Management. She is passionate about encouraging genuine collaboration and leveraging technology opportunities to facilitate this. Sian provides a holistic approach to change and information design. She applies analytical ability, with creativity to design easily digested artefacts for a range of audiences, including executives and end users. Sian’s approach to operationalising change blends marketing, HR, sales and behavioural economics to create compelling narratives for end users.
