James manages the Australia office and wears 'a number of hats', for Training Bytesize.

Training Bytesize is an international project management training company. Training Bytesize deliver project management e-learning courses in-house using a mix of video, animation, audio and text to create engaging self-paced courses. In addition, they run classroom and virtual courses – all for industry recognised qualifications. 

His role consists of everything from making sure that Training Bytesize appears on the first page of Google, to managing major corporate accounts.  He is also responsible for organising the logistics for the classroom and virtual training courses, responding to and writing RFQ’s to win new business in the Asia Pacific region.

James brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the Project Management training industry for the last 10 years, with different training organisations, starting out as a certification advisor for consumers. 

What is James' proudest achievement?

Having set up the offices for Training Bytesize - first their second UK office in London to better serve clients in the south, James went on to widen their reach in APAC by establishing an office on the ground in Queensland, Australia in October 2020 during the pandemic.

Louisa Leung

Coach, mentor, consultant, Lifting Lanterns

Louisa Leung is a Managing Partner at Lifting Lanterns where she is a coach, mentor, consultant, expert, trainer and speaker in the Project Delivery space. She has previously been in roles like the National Head of Consulting Services and has successfully set up multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs) and implemented Agile frameworks for the likes of PwC, NBNCo, Sydney Water and Dimension Data. She has spent many years in senior managerial roles rolling out organisational change with valuable experience from both technical and non-technical aspects of IT in a variety of private and public sector organisations. She is a recognised guest speaker at forums such as PMI, IIBA, itSMF, meetups and many universities.

What’s your proudest achievement?

Being able to run a business whilst still being a proud mother of two little boys! Able to practice what I preach by applying Agile, Change, Project Management and Facilitation to my daily life.

Ramani has over 30 years of hands-on experience in managing large scale projects/ programs, covering ERP implementation, IT systems integration and enterprise transformation, in large organizations (including in PwC Consulting).

Ramani has also extensive experience in designing Project Portfolios (especially in IT domain) and implementing them successfully across multiple sectors.

Ramani holds multiple certifications in the realm of project portfolio management (including AgilePM/ Change Management/ PfMP/ PgMP/ PMP/ PRINCE2/ MSP/MoP/P3O/ MoR/ PRINCE2 Agile/ Certified Scrum Product Owner/ Scrum Master/ Praxis/CHAMPS2). Based on Client requirements, these product offerings are customized appropriately.
Ramani is also an accredited Consultant with AXELOS for P3M3 (for PM maturity assessment and enhancement) and has implemented multiple P3M3 maturity assessment engagements.
Ramani is also the author of the book ‘Improving Business performance – a project portfolio management approach’, which focuses on delivering better business performance through robust project and program/ portfolio management. This book is published by CRC Press, USA and was featured in PMI book reviews.
 

What’s your proudest achievement?

When the Clients implement our solutions and revert back informing these solutions benefitted them, it gives me immense satisfaction, as a Consultant.

Yogyata is working as a Product change leader in the semiconductor industry which is the largest supplier of photolithography systems. She has experience in Operational and Organization Change Management which involves service and product based industries. Her experience spans; commercial, supply chain, operations & technology and across culture and behavioural change, new operating implementations of tools and process-driven business change. She is a passionate change management professional making a positive impact on people, products, and processes in the evolving world of modern business. The fact that she chose to work within Change Management, was in no way a random decision, but a choice based on how much she loves doing what she does - which is what fuels her ambition and determination to grow and be the best version of herself, both professionally as well as personally.

What is Yogyata's proudest achievement?

To be able to participate in a public forum like this with Change management expertise represented across the globe, and to talk about something she is passionate about which is Change Management.

Strategic sourcing of direct materials from a global market to support the GB division of Stanley Security and then setting value pricing strategy for new solutions for our key markets.

Change during the pandemic; Supply shortages, Suez Canal incident, Brexit, manufacturing plants reduced capacity, shift in consumer behaviour, public opinion on technology inline with GDPR…

Positive Experiences: challenge to logistics networks has sped up improvements, flexibility of workforce and trust has been enhanced, empathy towards other humans/professions has shone through.

Impact: less BAU and greater acceptance of change occurrence, how we work, how we interact, how we feel about work has all changed.

What is Marc's proudest achievement?

Marc is particularly proud of maintaining and pursuing curiosity to continuously challenge himself and his understanding of the world around him.

His continuous thirst for learning has led him to academic achievement with a Masters of Business (MBA), and various Educational qualifications as well as hobby learning in philosophy.
