Harnessing the Power of Neuroscience to Implement Change

Neuro-hacks to help implement change in an agile way

We are not wired for change; instead, we are wired to first resist.

In this webinar, organized in partnership with Altkom Academy, presenters Melanie Franklin and Magda Kufrej took an in-depth look at the topic of neuroscience and how it relates to change management.

At its most basic, neuroscience is the study of the nervous system, with a primary focus on the brain. Understanding how the brain works can transform our understanding of how our colleagues and customers react and behave when confronted with change.

Through the prism of neuroscience, we explore why resistance to change is often the norm, and how we can “hack” our brains to be more accepting of change, making ourselves, colleagues and customers better equipped to handle challenges imposed by change.

This webinar will be particularly beneficial for those responsible for planning, delivering and implementing change. You’ll discover the fundamentals of neuroscience and how it impacts individuals and teams during change.
