Amandeep is a leading international PPP transaction advisor with over 21 years of experience. He has played multiple roles in value chain of PPP projects from ‘concept-to-commissioning’ as well as project monitoring support. Drawing on years of PPP/PFI experience, including work to support the National Audit Office’s study/report on PFI expiry. Having reviewed over 150 PFIs on operational efficiencies and expiry readiness.  Also, Mark has been involved in a variety of Net Zero projects and Leveling Up / addressing Regional Inequalities projects.
