How do we ensure our people are prepared?
Everything is nice and stable, we know what we are doing and everything is OK? Right? Not really. Your competitors are changing and so are your stakeholders, so stability doesn't exist. It's change or die. So what is this going to do? More products and services equal greater complexity. How are your employees going to cope with the change? Are they able to learn the new skills, retain them and embed them?
This presentation will discuss the paradoxes of needing to move forward and address complexity while at the same time managing the level of complexity at both the individual and corporate level.
