Your project and change management questions answered!

Join us and Level Up your project and change management

EPISODE 1

In the first of our preview shows, APMG welcomes a panel of experts spanning the fields of both Project Management and Change Management. There is a huge number of articles written on why projects fail, but perhaps not so many on how to make them successful!  Today’s panel are all about helping you improve your chances of success.

Join the panel on this show and ask all the questions you have relating to the projects and change initiatives you’re working on, or the challenges you are having and how best to overcome them. Example questions could include:

  • I’m looking to move into Project Management, where do I start?
  • There’s often confusion around project manager and change manager responsibilities; what are the key differences between the two roles, and can one person effectively be both?
  • What’s the most challenging situation the panel has faced on a project and how did you overcome it?
  • What can we do to manage and lower resistance to change?
  • I’m a relatively new, recently qualified change manager. What tips do you have for a newbie?!

Register now to submit your questions and take part. You will also be able to vote on all questions submitted; the more votes a question has, the higher up the agenda it will go.

Level Up - Episode 1 - Level Up your Project and Change Management - How to influence people.

Dr Brin Hodgskiss realised, after 20 years in the public sector, that he was doing it wrong. There it dawned on him: it's not about managing the process, or even about managing the people. It's about managing meaning. Brin’s proudest achievement: Finally having the courage to take his belief in stories to the next level…
