Etienne has nearly 30 years of experience in IT Service Management, and for the last decade has focused on strategic alignment between business and IT through Digital Transformation and Governance implementation projects. 

Etienne's proudest achievement is pivoting Symphonise Consulting to become an ATO, in the turbulence of 2020, after providing training and consulting services to partner ATOs for many years.

Andre Kruger

Chief Operating Officer, PPP Training Online

I am the CEO and Head Trainer of PPP Training Online. We have, since 2017, trained + 500 infrastructure practitioners using the CP3P qualification. I am an ex-banker with good experience of public sector credit risk, including the structuring and risk evaluation of PPP transactions. I have experience across a wide range of sectors including power, water, transport, health, education, and affordable housing.

PPPTO also provide PPP consulting services and have worked with the World Bank, IFC, USAID, UK Prosperity Fund, UK China Infrastructure Alliance, SIDA, Danish Embassy, and the European Investment Bank.

Andre’s proudest achievement: Experiencing practitioners progressing from being apprehensive about using PPP procurement methodologies to becoming more self-confident about their own capabilities. Many candidates are now able to positively express themselves and to conceptualise, structure, develop and procure bankable transactions.

Brendan is an international development professional with demonstrated experience of project & program management from UK, Pacific, Africa, & NZ. Skilled in project / stakeholder management, Operations, Risk Management, field research, NGO, Govt. and formerly Telecommunications and Contact Centre consulting. Brendan is interested in environmental resource management & sustainability, with an MSc in Environmental Technology (water) from Imperial College, London.

Ekow Coleman

Principal Infrastructure Investment Officer, African Development Bank

Ekow Coleman is an APMG certified PPP professional and currently a Principal Infrastructure Investment Officer within the Infrastructure Partnerships Division of the African Development Bank (AfDB) where he is leading the coordination and implementation of the Bank’s PPP Framework (2021-2031), as well as its PPP Transaction Advisory Services business focused on assisting Regional Member Countries and Government Contracting Authorities in developing and bringing to market Bankable PPPs. Prior to his current role he was with the Bank’s private sector and PPP Infrastructure Finance Division where he led the identification & origination, preparation, appraisal, structuring, negotiation execution, and promotion of non-sovereign transport & urban development infrastructure projects across Africa. Before joining AfDB, he was a Principal Investment Officer at the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) and pioneer staff of the Investment Office at start-up where he was involved in all aspects of the Fund’s development and formation. He also served in various capacities including heading the PPP Advisory Unit, PPP Analyst and Financial Analyst, and played a leadership & formative role in the establishment of a fully functional Project and Financial Analysis Unit and PPP Advisory Unit both within the Public Investment Division at the Ministry of Finance, Ghana. Prior to the Ministry of Finance, he worked as a Consultant and Research/Financial Analyst at an investment banking and advisory group in Ghana.
