Neuroscience for Change confirmed some of the behaviors and brain reactions that I have experienced and observed while working on various change initiatives. The main takeaway for me is the importance of understanding that our brain is like a sophisticated machine that needs to be looked after: the brain needs the right fuel, reward, and sometimes threat to perform to the best of its abilities to be at peak and deliver.
