Understanding how to practically adapt and apply the framework
AIPGF Foundation serves as a pre-requisite for the Practitioner.
The Practitioner level is designed for professionals who need to understand how to practically adapt and apply the Framework:
- PMO, Strategic Programme Office (SPO) and Enterprise PMO Leaders: As custodians of the organisation’s incumbent project methodology, understand how to tailor the AIPGF to your organisation’s context and learn how to benchmark AI governance.
- Programme and Project Managers: Apply the AIPGF to govern AI use in projects of varying size, complexity and AI-related risk.
- Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Assurance Professionals: Benchmark maturity, provide assurance, and evaluate AI-related risks using the AIPGF and its Capability Maturity Model (AIPG-CMM).
The course provides the final two modules, building on the Foundation learning and a deep dive into:
- Benchmarking with the AI Project Governance Capability Maturity Model (AIPG-CMM)
- Implementation and Tailoring to various project and organisation contexts.
- 4 scenario based question (each question consists of a minimum of 3 parts)
