Assured Training in association with the National Cyber Security Centre helps individuals and organisations quickly identify high quality cyber security training courses.
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC, a part of GCHQ) is working to make high-quality cyber security training easily identifiable and accessible to cyber security professionals. This endeavour is vital to address the significant shortage of skilled cyber security professionals in the UK.
With the abundance of cyber security training courses on offer, it can be difficult to identify highly competent trainers and good quality courses. NCSC Assured Training addresses this issue – providing rigorously assessed training courses to select from. Customers can feel confident they will receive training that is consistent with industry best practice.
NCSC has appointed APMG as the independent Certification Body for Assured Training, due to APMG’s track record for accrediting quality training providers.
APMG evaluates the course material, the trainers and the administration processes surrounding the course – forming a truly comprehensive assessment process. Please note for remote courses, for example online learning, security of delivery is not assessed.
A number of the Assured Training courses, offer an exam, designed to test a candidate’s knowledge of the course content. Candidates who successfully pass the exam can claim an APMG digital badge.
