'This OSINT Practitioner course will provide a thorough understanding of the legal frameworks that need to be considered when conducting investigations. You will be able to enhance your critical thinking skills to identify biases and interpret vast data sources in an expeditious manner. Delegates will be shown how to conduct thorough dark web analysis to uncover hidden threats, and to extract intelligence through the application of the Intelligence Lifecycle and various Intelligence frameworks and subsequent dissemination. You will also master tracking and analysing aviation and maritime OSINT activities, using practical exercises to reinforce lessons learnt. Delegates will also gain skills in searching for people using advanced techniques and explore non-mainstream social media platforms for intelligence gathering as well as being able to conduct thorough business investigations, analysing corporate structures and financial health and will also learn how to extract actionable intelligence from image hosting sites and conduct cryptocurrency investigations. Attendees will be shown how to conduct geospatial analysis and will be provided with an overview of geopolitical intelligence to assist in forecasting and analyse global events. Delegates will learn to define and manage priority intelligence requirements, create detailed, actionable intelligence reports using advanced tools and will be able to apply their newly found knowledge through several practical exercises and explore the role of AI in automating data collection. None of this is of use if an analyst leaves a digital footprint that alerts a target of an investigation, and delegates will learn tradecraft techniques and how to manage covert accounts.
