Mart's proudest achievement: An achievement I’m looking back it is organizing, along with 20 passionate volunteers, a decade long, the annual Arizona ITSM Summit. A one-day event visited by 250+ local ITSM enthusiasts. And sponsored, year-after-year, by 20+ loyal vendors, including Forrester Research and Gartner.

Sunil is the Managing Director of Quint Consulting Services and responsible for the Training and Consulting business in India, Middle East and Africa.

He has relevant experience in the field of profit centre management, product planning, project management, process deployment, channel management and quality management.

He has a comprehensive background of IT education with rich experience with companies like Hewlett Packard, NIIT and Microland apart from Quint, which he joined in 2004.

Sunil is a post graduate in Computer Science and has an MBA in Marketing. Additionally he is a certified consultant in IT Services Management / ISO 20000 / COBIT, and Director of the itSMF India Chapter.

His proudest professional achievement was establishing Quint in India in 2004.

Joining PM.Ideas in 2001 as National Sales Manager, Sean is currently the Managing Director. Previously he was involved in the Hospitality and Retail sectors for 11 years. His contribution to PM.Ideas is the acquisition of new business, maintenance of Corporate accounts, Business Operations and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Sean takes a keen interest in his client’s learner’s development and will assist with their personal development paths. His key focus is to design and implement training solutions that are fit for purpose.

• In 2007, PM.Ideas merged with Mindset AB in Sweden to form a global foot print, this has allowed us the opportunity to train clients in Project Management, Business Skills and Leadership across the globe. We continue to train clients in Africa, United States, Europe and South America.

In the role as VP for CEE Chris is leading the region in Central and East Europe for all sales related topics. As a leader in cyber security and networking, F5 is transforming over the last years from a hardware vendor to a multipurpose vendor and helping their customers with their transformation to modern architectures for any application. To handle the thousands of applications it is key to be agile and have a special kind of security, observability and networking.

Proudest Achievement?

I most proud of meeting so many great people in my career that I was able to learn from and this gave me a great chance to develop myself. It was not always an easy way, but the change was always a positive and interesting adventure.
