Sarah is the owner of Carpe Omnia Training and CUPE International, a company that specializes in providing project and change management training. She dedicates her time to both managing the business and delivering training, with a primary focus on change management. Additionally, Hills holds the position of chair at AsTre (Association for Training Excellence).

Melissa Subban

Melissa is the Founder and Chief Office Fairy at HappyFactory. With over 15 years of experience in the people game,  Melissa is now a people strategist and Agile Change Management Professional. She consults on all kinds of people problems and loves creating bespoke people programs.  She is an International Speaker & Facilitator and has recently taken on a seat as the Deputy General Secretary of SAACBA an employer’s organisation. Melissa believes that happy people are more productive people and is passionate about mind-body-energy at work, after all good “humaning” is all we ever want and all we ever need.

Mark Rozner

Founder and Principal Consultant, Sunrise Path LLC

Mark Rozner has over four decades of leadership experience in highly visible and complex health care, financial services, and corporate support organizations. He founded Sunrise Path LLC in 2018, a continuation of his passion for transforming how healthcare is delivered and shaping the craft of project management. Recently semi-retired, he dedicates much of his time and energy into transferring his knowledge to future generations through mentoring and regularly contributing to online communities. An active member of the Project Management Institute since 2003, receiving his PMP Certification. He also has certifications in change acceleration and quality management.

Mark is most proud of his time working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction of patient care.  He led projects at multiple regional health systems, including work to implement standardized physician order-sets, create clinician consortiums across the system, and leading a portfolio of projects addressing preventable harm in the hospital.

Avishek Biswas

Director / Change & Business Readiness Manager, Acechange Limited / Tokio Marine HCC Insurance

Avishek is a business change and transformation specialist with over 22 years of experience, and £400m+ change delivered till date for Insurance, Banking, Fintech, and Consulting clients across diverse working cultures and countries. He is experienced in operational strategy development, restructuring costs, driving continuous improvement, designing and implementing operational processes and Target Operating Models. Avishek has remediated ailing business transformation programmes and improved cohesion across and within teams, through governance-focused interventions. He also bridges silos to lead cross-functionally, and mentors executive and senior stakeholders to drive adoption of lasting change.

Avishek's proudest achievement is to have successfully led change and business readiness on a 5-year, £135m Brexit regulatory compliance programme that enabled the client’s UK operations comprising 20 business functions and c.5000 employees to transition effectively into, and operate under, multiple dual-regulated UK branches belonging to different legal entities, underpinned by Part VII (re)insurance portfolio transfer. 

  • Spoken on rethinking the approach and remit of Change Management to support the scaling and adoption of Artificial Intelligence technology in organisations, at the Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe, 2023, organised by IRM UK
  • Writing a book on the detailed methodology and the mindset that enable successful delivery of lasting change and business readiness on business transformation programmes; aiming for publication in Q3, 2025
