We’re pleased to announce that the AgileBA® Foundation examination and guidance is now available in Polish.

The world of project management has changed significantly over recent years. Previously dominated by traditional, sequential, “waterfall” methodologies, increasing numbers of individuals and organizations are turning to Agile approaches to manage their projects.

With this boom in popularity of Agile approaches, and the recognition of the value that effective business analysis brings to projects, there is a need for clear and helpful guidance in local languages to support business analysts, particularly those operating in an Agile environment.

The Business Analyst’s role is to study the overall business and information needs of an organization in order to facilitate solutions to business problems. Business analysis operates from the top level of the organization, dealing with the vision, mission, objectives and strategy, right through to the tactical level where programmes of work are set up to address strategy and where solution development projects often reside.

Effective business analysis skills are widely regarded in project management and product development circles as being critical in helping organizations to achieve their business goals and keeping projects on track.

As the adoption of Agile practices in project management and product development continues to rise, so the role of the Business Analyst evolves.

Whilst their traditional skills are still valuable, new skills and ways of working need to be adopted to harness the benefits of a new way of working and to appreciate the different relationships with co-workers.

The AgileBA guidance gives context to the Business Analyst role beyond the individual project, in relation to organizational mission and strategy, and provides additional depth and guidance for the Business Analyst role.

The AgileBA Handbook is based on the Agile Business Consortium’s Agile Project Framework (established for over 20 years) and provides the basis for the AgileBA syllabus, exams and supporting training courses. Training and certification enables business analysis professionals to develop their understanding and proficiency in adopting and applying the AgileBA guidance.

AgileBA certification is currently available at Foundation level in Polish. Further translations of examinations will be considered subject to market demand.

Approved training courses are available via APMG accredited providers. A number are based in Poland with the option of both Classroom and Online Courses.
