Suchitra has a wide range of experience ranging from Operations Management, Customer Service, Team Management, Business Development, Quality Assurance & Transition.

Starting her career at the nascent stage of eCRM in India, during the early 2000s, Suchitra has worked across industries ranging from Banking, Insurance and Education.

Currently managing the business at the Indian office of APMG, Suchitra heads operations for India and the Middle East.

Aparna Anandgokul

Lead Business Relationship Manager at Unilever

Aparna has 17 years of versatile IT experience in playing strategic roles, and building key relationships between the business and IT teams to meet the organization’s objectives. She has proven expertise to bring a strategic perspective, aligning technology with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation, and fostering collaboration to drive business value.

Aparna was a part of the team which won highest standard of accolades in Unilever - Compass award under the category “Companies with Purpose Last” for contribution towards Accelerated cloud migration program and she considers this as her proudest achievement.
