Barbara is a Certified and Accredited STAR® Manager Coach and Trainer with a Master’s in Business Administration. She was awarded Top Business Relationship Manager in 2024 and holds certifications in Change Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Service Management, and Information Security. A leader in leadership development, she drives transformation at every level.

As a single mother, Barbara’s greatest achievement isn’t just raising three successful sons—it’s rising beyond expectations and to truly see people beyond their stories. She helps others look past assumptions, recognize authentic experiences, and cultivate deep, meaningful connections that empower transformation in leadership and life.
