Technology Lead: Service Management & Governance, Netcampus

My current role is as a Technology Lead within Netcampus, providing leadership and management of the portfolio of service management products, across the full product lifecycle. I also enjoy delivering high-quality training delivery within my role.

Service management expertise has been a natural evolution from my years in the support field, growing from tech to a driven contributor to the organization, understanding its inner workings, on top of the pure Microsoft tech I was at the time. I went from tech support to Sales within IBM and later transformed that experience into the IT training industry.

I was awarded ITSM trainer of the Year (ITSMF SA), at SMEXA in 2013. Expanding the knowledge and seeing the impact that it has on the careers of course participants is still the proudest part of my day, week, or year. Alongside seeing my growth is truly amazing, I recall the first time I was in training, my personal journey of progression has been tremendous.
