Farah is a Digital Project Manager & Agile change lead with 10 years of experience. She developed strong skills in project & product management, communication and teams empowerment in complex, fast-paced and multicultural environments. Knowledge sharing and training is Farah's passion. 

Since 2015, Farah has provided trainings in Project Management (Waterfall / Agile), I&T Governance and Design Thinking in France, Canada and Switzerland for people coming from different sectors: bank & insurance companies, NGOs, energy, consulting and IT companies, public services, railways, aviation, telecoms

Farah's proudest accomplishment is being confident enough to create her own company specialized in consulting and training (Project management, I&T Governance and Design Thinking) for young and senior professionals, along with being able to expand it to the North African region. 

Malini Jayaganesh

Strategic Advisor & Coach - ITSM Hub; Director Emeritus - Business Relationship Management Institute

Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. She is regularly invited to deliver keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India. Her personal BRM story titled 'Walk Fast, Walk Far' has been described as "the most impactful presentation" at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney. In her spare time she writes about food, culture and relationships.

Malini facilitates APMG accredited Business Relationship Management certification courses through ITSM Hub.

Bina Champaneria

Project Management Trainer

Bina is an Associate Trainer specialised in AgilePM, PRINCE2 and PRINCE Agile. She boasts a diverse career history, spanning various fields such as fashion, CAD/CAM, EPoS, and Education. Bina's journey took her to an international university in the Netherlands, where she not only developed courses in project management and business subjects but also managed their projects, including an EU-funded initiative involving 8 international partners.

Additionally, Bina has managed significant projects for the universities of Bradford and Leeds, and she has project management experience in CAD/CAM and EPoS system manufacturing. She's delivered IT systems training worldwide and contributed to two books by Peter Taylor: "The Projectless Manager" and "AI and the Project Manager."

Bina has also hosted a webinar for Knowledge Train titled "Project Manage Your Life.

Bina's proudest achievement is her ability to adapt and reinvent herself professionally. She recently returned to the UK after moving to the Netherlands, where she managed projects for two universities. Today, she's an Associate Trainer with a strong professional network and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Allan Kelly

Agile with OKRs Consultant at Software Strategy Ltd.

Allan is a  coach and consultant who specialises in Agile with OKRs. Kelly's main focus is on workflow, strategies and products. Allan is also an author and has several books about agile, OKRs, and business strategy for technology companies. Many of Allan's clients are smaller, more innovative companies, but he also work with bigger, better-known, companies such as Reed-Elsevier, Virgin Atlantic, and the Swift payments network.

Cindy Hancock is an accomplished international trainer and instructional designer, known for her expertise in developing impactful learning experiences. With a rich background in training, she has notably contributed to the United Nations & The Non-Violence Project Foundation, where she has played a key role in designing and delivering training programs. Cindy Hancock's current role involves leveraging her extensive experience to create and deliver innovative and effective learning solutions on a global scale, making a significant impact in the field of international training. Cindy has 16 years facilitation and coaching experience on an international level.

Mridul Tandon

Mridul Tandon, Trainer and Consultant, Raj Khanna Associates

Mridul is a freelance trainer training on best management practices to multiple industries across all continents. With extensive experience spanning multiple decades across diverse industries, Mridul specializes in cultivating soft skills and personality traits. His expertise lies in advocating best management practices for project, program, agile, and change implementation, with a focus on fostering agile tools and behaviours. Mridul actively contribute to the success of change implementation and agile transformation, emphasizing the development of futuristic skills to enhance employability.
