Educating and coaching leaders, professionals and teams are Mart’s passion and is what he has been doing for nearly three decades. Mart works for INTERPROM, a coaching, consulting, training and education firm. Examples of areas he has specialized in are business relationship management, service management, information security management, and project and change management. He is looking forward to sharing his experience with you and to answering your questions.

Mart's proudest achievement: An achievement I’m looking back it is organizing, along with 20 passionate volunteers, a decade long, the annual Arizona ITSM Summit. A one-day event visited by 250+ local ITSM enthusiasts. And sponsored, year-after-year, by 20+ loyal vendors, including Forrester Research and Gartner.

John Millar

Project Management Assessor and Coach, Leeds City College

John currently coaches apprentices studying for a variety of business qualifications, including project management.

Before retraining as a business teacher in further education, John worked for almost 40 years in the UK Civil Service in a variety of policy and delivery roles – mainly covering business support and regeneration programmes. For the last 30 years, John has lived and worked in Yorkshire and was closely involved in the introduction by the current government of city region mayors and new regeneration programmes controlled by them.

He is also Chair of Governors for a local primary school. John's proudest achievement is his two children and obtaining a teaching degree in my 60s. 

Bev Andrews

Director, ASPIRE Change Management

Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has devoted the past 20 years of her career to delivering business solutions across a broad range of services in a diverse set of industries. Bev has extensive experience in Organisational Management – managing, developing and facilitating change in order to achieve organisational improvement and transformation. 

During her career, Bev has worked within organisations of different shapes and sizes, resources, health, finance and State/Local government. Bringing this experience to ASPIRE Change Management, Bev continues to provide the highest level of practical and empowering change management support, training and advice to Australian businesses. 

Her most recent engagement was with a Western Australia-based health organisation, where she established the Enterprise change function and built a team of 10 – developing 6 analysts from internal resources, and 2 change managers.

Rachel Jenkins

Consultant, Provek Ltd

Rachel is an experienced Project, Programme and PMO Professional with over 25 years experience in the NHS and Education sectors and specialises in complex integration and transformation delivery.

In her current PMO role Rachel has worked on the migration of the PMO from serving a single organisation to multiple organisations enabling the delivery and governance of the System Transformation Portfolio in Nottinghamshire.

An experienced Leadership Coach and Mentor, Rachel regularly speaks at conferences and events advocating a coaching and mentoring approach to project and programme management capability development, in particular the role the PMO can play in enabling this.

Rachel's proudest achievement?

  • In 2020 I was redeployed from my NHS PMO role to manage the development and delivery programme for Nottinghamshire’s Covid-19 outbreak and community testing response.  Working in an extreme VUCA environment, it was the most challenging programme I have ever undertaken and successfully delivered.

Mark Kouwenhoven

Trainer/consultant

Mark has broad experience in PPP and Risk Management, as a Manager/Consultant and as Management Trainer/Coach. Mark is very pragmatic and will always put the best practice and theoretical models to practice, so that the common sense behind the methodology will be clear.

Mark is an experienced practitioner and accredited trainer in several Best Practices PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Agile PM, IPMA (D and C level), M_o_R,  MoP, P3O, MoV, MSP and Change Management, Facilitation, PRAXIS, Managing Benefits and Stakeholder Engagement. He is an experienced facilitator and developer of Business Simulation, (online) training materials for PPPM.

Mark is an entrepreneur, freelance trainer, and coach.

Marks proudest achievement is being a PM and creating and experiencing flow in a Project with the project team. We did so much work together and got even more energy out of it.
