A one-day event visited by 250+ local ITSM enthusiasts. And sponsored, year-after-year, by 20+ loyal vendors, including Forrester Research and Gartner.

Sunil is the Managing Director of Quint Consulting Services and responsible for the Training and Consulting business in India, Middle East and Africa.

He has relevant experience in the field of profit centre management, product planning, project management, process deployment, channel management and quality management.

He has a comprehensive background of IT education with rich experience with companies like Hewlett Packard, NIIT and Microland apart from Quint, which he joined in 2004.

Sunil is a post graduate in Computer Science and has an MBA in Marketing. Additionally he is a certified consultant in IT Services Management / ISO 20000 / COBIT, and Director of the itSMF India Chapter.

His proudest professional achievement was establishing Quint in India in 2004.

As an accomplished IT professional, Nigel has been part of the IT Best Practices sector for over 12 years, managing global operations as well as initiating & managing various key projects around the world, specifically in the IT Best Practices Education & IT Governance domains.

With a technical IT education background, Nigel has over 20 years of experience in IT, including Business Development, Operations, Global Program & Project Management, Education, Software Development and Consulting.

An effective communicator with a broad knowledge in most IT disciplines, Nigel heads up APMG's work across Africa and North America

Svetlana Sidenko is an accomplished leader in Business Relationship Management (BRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with over two decades of experience in business and IT transformation. As a ten-year partner of the BRM Institute, she has excelled as a BRM coach and practice leader and is recognized as a BRM Institute Master Knowledge Provider.

Her expertise was acknowledged when she was named "BRM of the Year 2024." As a Vice -President, at IT Chapter, Svetlana has pioneered and advanced BRM principles in her role as a mentor, where she has trained and coached a new generation of BRM and ITSM professionals for the past 15 years. Svetlana is a MSc in Administration, PhD (c) in Computer Science , Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM), and holds other industry certifications such as ITIL MP & SL, CGEIT, PMP, and others.

Mohamed is a delivery specialist who is responsible for handling customers' inquiries and concerns regarding an organisation's goods and services before proceeding with delivery plans. Mohamed demonstrates the products' features and other necessary information before the customers purchase the products. He is an enthusiastic Digital Transformation Enabler with 15 years of experience in different startups and government contractors involving products that impacted the Mena region and Europe in different sectors such as fintech, transportation, healthcare, education, oil, gas and government Digitization.

He replaced the current independent programming test with a partnered problem that he could work on with the candidate. He also added interview questions that helped them assess each candidate's character and whether they might fit with the business's culture. Mohamed felt proud to substantially improve retention and identify more valuable members for the team.
