The Praxis Framework Pathway develops capability, enabling success
The Praxis Pathway enables capability – through certification and the many free tools that are part of the Praxis Framework.
For individuals there is a clear development pathway, from basic knowledge to the peak of the profession. There are four levels of Training and Certification. Foundation, Practitioner and Professional are awarded by APMG-International. These provide a route to the fourth level, Chartered Status, which is awarded by the Association for Project Management.
Praxis Framework sees training as only part of the development pathway. Going on a one-week course and getting a certificate does not makes someone a skilled project or programme manager. The Praxis Framework provides checklists that facilitate the application of the good practice learnt in training. The framework also encourages Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Team Development and Organisational Capability Maturity. The entire framework is available free online.
