XLA25 takes place at Imperial War Museum Duxford on 8 July 2025.

As a new generation of consumers prioritizes human-centric services, understanding the role of XLAs has become increasingly crucial. These agreements offer much more than traditional service level agreements, highlighting the deeper connection to customer experience.

Building on the success of XLA24 last year, this event takes things a step further by exploring not only the benefits and goals of experience management but also the significant impact experience level agreements are already having on businesses.
