Farah is a Digital Project Manager & Agile change lead with 10 years of experience. She developed strong skills in project & product management, communication and teams empowerment in complex, fast-paced and multicultural environments. Knowledge sharing and training is Farah's passion. 

Since 2015, Farah has provided trainings in Project Management (Waterfall / Agile), I&T Governance and Design Thinking in France, Canada and Switzerland for people coming from different sectors: bank & insurance companies, NGOs, energy, consulting and IT companies, public services, railways, aviation, telecoms

Farah's proudest accomplishment is being confident enough to create her own company specialized in consulting and training (Project management, I&T Governance and Design Thinking) for young and senior professionals, along with being able to expand it to the North African region. 

Luca Ingianni

DevOps Trainer, Coach, Consultant - Vempio

Luca is co-founder of Vempio, a DevOps consultancy. Vempio specialise in helping their clients to focus on customer value, concentrating on processes, people and culture.

Like many, Luca discovered DevOps by himself, out of necessity, and only heard about the name after he had applied the practices. He has since helped countless others via his work at Vempio, a DevOps consultancy.

Rafal Czarny

Director of Innovation and Development, Inprogress Design Lab

Rafał is the Director of Innovation and Development at Inprogress Design Lab. Since 2009, he has been designing processes, products and services. He is the lead author of DTMethod - a methodology that helps to apply Design Thinking in an organization.

He is an accredited Change Management, DTMethod and Facilitation trainer. As part of Rafał's professional activity, he supports organizations in introducing changes using facilitation and Design Thinking.

It is definitely a DTMethod methodology creation and development. Its creation required a very extensive scientific research, long hours of design and testing with different groups of people. But the effort paid off: now people around the world can get to know DTMethod and get internationally recognized certification.

Siân Newton

Project & Relationship Manager

Sian has been working for APMG almost 1.5 years.  She is still learning new things all the time and really enjoy self-development and exposure to new challenges.

Sian started her career in Customer Services, and soon found her passion in Project Management. She has a passion for helping people and problem solving. Sian started in projects 5 years ago . In every experience she has learnt more and more about how to better manage projects, through better organisational skills, problem solving, exposure to new software and tools, and how to productively interact with and support others.

Sians proudest achievement:

Sian proudest achievement includes the implementation of standardised documentation, project processes and providing business & supplier support in her last role, where there had not previously been any project department. This included taking over the management of projects based at the Empress State Building and Thames Barrier.

Darrel Popowich

Chief Visionary Officer at BRM Institute

Darrel Popowich is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He has recently joined the BRM Institute as the Chief Visionary Officer & COO.  He has held numerous other leadership roles, including CIO of H&R Block Canada where he led a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting the company's tax and financial services businesses. Coaching executives across the world, Darrel is a respected thought leader in his field, with a passion for leadership and business relationship management (BRM). He has been involved with BRM training and implementation for many organizations and has spoken at a number of CIO conferences on the topic. His extensive experience in technology and business make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Mridul Tandon, Trainer and Consultant, Raj Khanna Associates
