The STAR® Coach programme, developed by Notion, is a multi-award-winning online development initiative designed to equip leaders and managers with practical coaching skills that can be seamlessly integrated into daily work routines. By adopting the STAR® model, participants learn to shift from habitual directive behaviours to a more enquiry-led approach, fostering deeper reflection and autonomy within their teams. This method, known as Operational Coaching®, has been academically validated to enhance employee engagement, retention, productivity, and overall team performance.
Structured for flexibility, the programme comprises 10 interactive modules complemented by workplace missions and reflective exercises, all accessible on-demand across various devices. Participants can complete the course in as little as three months, dedicating approximately 45 minutes to an hour per week, and upon completion, receive an internationally recognised certification from APMG. The programme's design ensures minimal disruption to daily responsibilities, requiring no extensive paperwork or assessments. Additionally, learners benefit from optional fortnightly masterclasses with experienced tutors and dedicated support from the Mission Control Team, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive learning experience.
