Ron has over 4 decades of consulting experience in the areas of Change and Transformation. He has now hung up his “consulting boots” in favour of providing online training and trusted advice on all matters related to change and transformation.

A regular contributor on LinkedIn, Ron shares his experience in how best to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to make a real difference to your team and organisation.

Ket is an accredited Change Management Institute Master Practitioner and has over 20 years experience across private and public sector organisations. His specialisms include target operating model design, process improvement and service design initiatives - driven by leveraging new technologies whilst keeping the focus on actions that support the people impacted to realize the intended benefits. 

He is a passionate educator and advocate for exemplary change practice. In his role with the Change Management Institute he works to establish collaboration opportunities with third parties to further the reach of Change Management as a valuable business discipline and to continue to push the boundaries of how we evolve change management practice for the wider community. As the founder of the community - Change Reactions - he works to raise awareness of Change Management tools, methods and behaviours to encourage the next generation of change practitioners to forge a career in Change.

Robert’s thirty-year career has included roles as a developer, database administrator, project manager, change manager, and sales enablement. He has earned PMP and Agile certifications. He is currently a solopreneur, formulating and proposing what should combat VUCA and succeed software-centric hybrid methodologies. Robert has published in Q4 2023 version of BA Digest. 

Robert's proudest achievements include executing a people-centric methodology with his teams, embedding simple tools for improved teamwork discipline, and imitating the performing arts to guide empathy in teamwork. In addition, he is eagerly anticipating his upcoming proudest achievement late this year, which will be the publication of his new book.

Ayodele has accumulated over two decades of experience in various IT domains, with a continuous track record. His expertise spans IT Operations, Programme and Project Management, Team Management, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and IT Service Management. With a passion for driving value for stakeholders, Ayodele focuses on innovation and process transformation, implementing, auditing, advising, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Ayodele has also helped organizations achieve and maintain maturity three and above in best practices and standards. He has impacted knowledge through training and coaching sessions and helped organizations achieve ISO certifications. He has numerous certifications in management systems, least to mention ISO 20000 and ISO27001, is actively involved in ISO 9001 and ISO22301, and enjoys working with COBIT 5 and 2019. He is an ITIL Expert as well. 

Ayodele's proudest achievement includes working with the apex bank in Nigeria to conduct an audit and assessment on best practices and standards as stipulated in it's blue print. 

Mark Rozner has over four decades of leadership experience in highly visible and complex health care, financial services, and corporate support organizations. He founded Sunrise Path LLC in 2018, a continuation of his passion for transforming how healthcare is delivered and shaping the craft of project management. Recently semi-retired, he dedicates much of his time and energy into transferring his knowledge to future generations through mentoring and regularly contributing to online communities. An active member of the Project Management Institute since 2003, receiving his PMP Certification. He also has certifications in change acceleration and quality management.

Mark is most proud of his time working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction of patient care.  He led projects at multiple regional health systems, including work to implement standardized physician order-sets, create clinician consortiums across the system, and leading a portfolio of projects addressing preventable harm in the hospital.

Veena is a results-driven Principal Change Management Consultant and Senior Leader with over 20 years of experience in helping organizations successfully transform. She is a flexible, proactive, and experienced transformational change leader, committed to delivering high quality change expertise to organizations. Veena has wide-ranging change management, capability building and business development experience across commercial, energy, utilities, policing and government sectors and can skillfully develop change and learning strategies to maximize change adoption and benefits realization. Veena is passionate about building capability and is an APMG accredited Change Management trainer, having most recently built change capability in several police forces. 

Proudest achievement of Veena's: Gaining my APMG Change Management trainer accreditation, enabling me to build change capability, helping organizations make changes that stick. It’s been especially rewarding working with police forces - helping them learn and apply change tools to make sustainable changes – critical in helping them deliver their mission to keep communities safe from harm.
